How long do I have to register my gift?
You need to register your gift before the ‘register by’ date on your gift registration booklet. We recommend that you register your gift as soon as possible.
How long does it take for me to receive my certificate and Privilege Card?
These will be dispatched within 28 days receipt of your registration details. Occasionally, factors outside of Gift Republic’s control may affect delivery times.
Where is the vineyard located?
Chiltern Valley vineyard is located in rural Oxfordshire. The full address and contact details are included in the gift tin.
What days are the tours held on?
Tours are run regularly throughout the year. Be sure to contact the vineyard in advance for specific details.
Do I need to pre-book my tour?
Once you have registered your gift and received your certificate and privilege card which entitles you to your vineyard tour, it is vital that you pre-book your tour with Chiltern Valley Vineyard well in advance to avoid disappointment.
How many people can go on the free tour?
The complimentary tour is valid for two people. Additional guests will be charged. Contact Chiltern Valley for prices.
Can children go on the tour?
Children can go on the tour but must be aged 18 or over to take part in the tasting session. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please take proof of age with you when you visit.

The card entitles the bearer and one guest to a tour of Chiltern Valley Winery & Brewery, a tasting session and 10% discount at the vineyard shop. Tours take place regularly throughout the year and must be booked in advance. Book early to avoid disappointment.
