Delivery
This item will be dispatched via 1st class royal mail by our 3rd party personalisation company. At checkout, please choose standard delivery.
Production Time
Your personalised product will be dispatched within 5 working days, please allow a little extra time in very busy times such as Christmas.
Express Production
Personalising this product takes a minimum of 2-3 days, so next day delivery cannot be achieved, so please do not select it at checkout.
You can however "bump the queue", potentially saving a couple of days, and also have your item dispatched via next day courier rather than 1st class royal mail once it is ready. To do this please click on Yes for express production, this will add a charge of £5 to your product.
Returns
As with all our personalised products , returns can only be excepted if the item is faulty or damaged.
