The flute has a heart and Love printed on the front as standard but you can personalise the reverse with any message over 4 lines, 15 characters on each line, making this a perfect and romantic gift for your loved one this Valentine's.

Due to the nature of this product please note colours may vary and can achieve different results from the images on screen; design has a frosted appearance on the outside of the glass and will appear differently on the inside. However we strive to make our colours as accurate as possible before being despatched.

Delivery
This item will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48hrs, by our 3rd party personalisation company.
You can upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 24hrs at checkout, or there is also an Express Production followed by Next Day Delivery option for this product ( see below for details)
Production Time
Your personalised product will be dispatched within 3 working days, please allow a little extra time in very busy times such as Christmas.
Express Production
Personalising this product takes a minimum of 1-3 days, so next day delivery cannot be achieved, so please do not select it at checkout.
You can however "bump the queue", potentially saving a couple of days, AND also have your item dispatched via next day courier rather than 1st class royal mail once it is ready. To do this please click on Yes for express production, this will add a charge of £5 to your product.
Returns
As with all our personalised products, returns can only be excepted if the item is faulty or damaged.
