How to order
Simply choose what options you would like from the drop-down boxes to the right of the image. To upload your image to us, you need to click on the browse button and find the image you want to send us on your computer and press open. This will bring you back to the product screen on our site, where you simply add to basket and your image will be uploaded to us! When you are ready continue to checkout.
Your Photo Image Size:
As a recommendation your image should be at least 750kb in size and 300 dpi resolution. but we will get in touch if the image is not suitable.
Delivery
This item will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48hrs, by our 3rd party personalisation company.
You can upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 24hrs at checkout, or there is also an Express Production / Next Day delivery option for this product ( see below for details)
Production Time
Your personalised product will be dispatched within 3 working days, please allow a little extra time in very busy times such as Christmas.
Express Production
Due to the nature of this product, it is possible to have your order delivered next day! It will be dispatched via a next day courier service.
Orders must be received before 11am for next day delivery
To do this please click on Yes for Express Production, this will add a charge of £5 to your product.
Returns
As with all our personalised products, returns can only be excepted if the item is faulty or damaged.
