Each character name can be up to 12 characters long and the personal message can be up to 50 characters in length.

Delivery
This item will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48hrs, by our 3rd party personalisation company.
You can upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 24hrs at checkout, or there is also an Express Production / Next Day delivery option for this product ( see below for details)
Production Time
Your personalised product will be dispatched within 3 working days, please allow a little extra time in very busy times such as Christmas.
Express Production
Personalising this product takes a minimum of 2-3 days, so next day delivery cannot be achieved, so please do not select it at checkout.
You can however "bump the queue", potentially saving a couple of days, and also have your item dispatched via special delivery rather than 1st class royal mail once it is ready. To do this please click on Yes for express production, this will add a charge of £7.95 to your product.
Returns
