Below are our normal delivery options. If you require an alternative method or have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Standard Delivery - FREE - Typically 4-5 working days.

We are delighted to able to offer this service for all items.

• Usually sent 2nd Class Royal Mail.
• Delivery time: typically 4-5 days
  (can be longer during the Christmas period especially if the weather is bad.)
• We will try, where possible, to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order
  but during busy periods we may have to dispatch on the next working day.
• No Sunday deliveries.
• Please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee an exact delivery date or time and particularly at Christmas the post does take longer.
• We will almost always send your parcel 2nd Class Royal Mail.

1st Class Royal Mail - Typically 2-3 working days - £2.95

• Delivery time: typically 2-3 days.
  (can be longer during the Christmas period especially if the weather is bad.)
• We will try, where possible, to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order
  but during busy periods we may have to dispatch on the next working day.
• No Sunday deliveries.

• We will send your parcel 1st Class Royal Mail.

Special Delivery - Next working day - £8.95

• Guaranteed next day delivery if your order is placed Mon-Thurs before 11am.
• Orders placed on Friday before the 11am cut-off time will be delivered on Monday.
• Orders placed on Friday after the 11am cut-off time will be dispatched on Monday
  and so delivered on Tuesday.
• Orders that are placed after the 11am cut-off time will be dispatched the next day
• No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
• All Special delivery parcel require a signature; therefore please make sure you give us an address where there will be someone available to sign.
• Your package is insured for loss or damage by Royal Mail.
• Important - Some personalised gift items have a production time that needs to be allowed for so next working day delivery is not possible (as they are still being made). However, Express Production is often available as an option on those products.

Personalised Gifts - Express Production

• Some personalised items have a production time of up to a few days that needs to be allowed for when ordering. For example if a ceramic item needs to be personalised, then baked and cooled, so next working day delivery is not possible (as they are still being made).
• However, this production time can be shortened by choosing the Express Production option if available for that personalised gift product.
• Special delivery for that item is included as a part of the Express Production service.

Ordering for More Than 1 Delivery Address

If you are ordering gifts to be sent to more than one delivery address, please be aware that you will need to place separate orders, as we can only process one delivery address per order.
